We are home ! Safe and sound.
Though we got caught in to this record breaking winter storm, and wound up spending more hours at the airport than hotel, we count ourselves blessed. Because, thousands of others had to brave more delays and difficulties.
I am touched by the spirit and patients of the passengers amidst hours of inconvenience and uncertainty. There were lines of passengers snaking around the the ticket counters with practically no sigh of chaos I have been accustomed to see elsewhere. Very positive experience.

Now we need to be patient and await the arrival of our checked in
baggage. We are sure it is out there somewhere waiting to be rescued !
Gives me one more reason not to shave !!!
